Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Ravya mobile application (the "Service") operated by Ravya ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is intended for use by a single couple. You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating any feature of the Service, including but not limited to inflating save counts, circumventing usage limits, or exploiting the Creator Fund.

2. User Generated Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful.
Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
Is misleading, fraudulent, or misrepresents your identity or the nature of the content.
Contains spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional material.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to remove any Content and ban any user that violates these Terms immediately and without notice.

3. Public Feed & Community Features

The Service allows you to make your date content publicly visible on the community feed ("Public Feed"). By choosing to make a date public, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your content, including the date title, description (if enabled), photos, and associated metadata, will be visible to all users of the Service.
Other users may save (bookmark) your public content. The number of saves your content receives is tracked and displayed.
You may change a date from public to private at any time, which will remove it from the Public Feed. However, any save counts accumulated while the date was public may be reset.
We reserve the right to remove any public content that violates these Terms or that receives multiple reports from other users.

Content Moderation & Reporting

Users may report public content that they believe violates these Terms. Content that receives multiple reports may be automatically hidden from the Public Feed pending review. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review reported content and take action at our sole discretion, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

4. Friends, Blocking & Social Features

The Service includes social features that allow you to connect with other users:

Friend Connections: You may send and receive friend requests, and share content with accepted friends. Friend connections are mutual and either party may remove the connection at any time.
Invite Links: You may generate invite links to share with others. You are responsible for how and where you share your invite links. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from sharing invite links publicly.
Blocking: You may block other users at any time. Blocking a user will prevent them from viewing your content and interacting with you through the Service. Blocked users will not be notified that they have been blocked. We will not mediate disputes between users.

You agree not to use these social features to harass, stalk, or otherwise disturb other users. Abuse of social features, including but not limited to sending unwanted or repeated friend requests, creating accounts to circumvent blocks, or using invite links for spam, may result in account termination.

5. Creator Fund

The Ravya Creator Fund ("Creator Fund") is an optional program that allows eligible users to earn monetary rewards based on the popularity of their public date content. By participating in the Creator Fund, you agree to the following terms:

A. Eligibility & Enrollment

Users become eligible for the Creator Fund once their public dates have accumulated a total number of saves meeting the enrollment threshold set by Ravya. Enrollment is automatic once the threshold is met. Ravya reserves the right to change the enrollment threshold at any time.

B. Earnings

Enrolled users earn monetary rewards based on the number of saves their individual public dates receive. Earnings are calculated according to milestone thresholds set by Ravya (for example, a fixed dollar amount for every set number of saves on a date). The specific payout rates, milestone thresholds, and earning structure are determined solely by Ravya and are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Changes to rates will apply prospectively and will not affect previously earned and recorded milestones. All Creator Fund earnings and payouts are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

C. Payouts

Users may request payouts of their available balance through supported payment methods (currently PayPal). Payouts are processed at Ravya's discretion and may take up to 7 business days or longer. Ravya reserves the right to delay, withhold, or deny any payout request for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, manipulation, a violation of these Terms, or operational considerations. Payout amounts are calculated based on recorded milestones minus any previously completed or pending payouts.

D. Fraud & Manipulation

Any attempt to artificially inflate save counts or manipulate the Creator Fund — including but not limited to using fake accounts, bots, automated scripts, coordinated save schemes, self-saving through alternate accounts, or any other deceptive means — is strictly prohibited. Ravya reserves the right to:

Immediately disqualify the user from the Creator Fund.
Forfeit any unpaid earnings without compensation.
Reverse or reclaim previously paid earnings.
Suspend or permanently terminate the user's account.

E. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on earnings received through the Creator Fund. Ravya does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice. You agree to comply with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

F. Program Changes & Discontinuation

Ravya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Creator Fund at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. In the event of discontinuation, Ravya will make reasonable efforts to process any outstanding payout requests for previously earned balances, but is not obligated to do so. The Creator Fund is a voluntary program, not a right, and participation does not create an employment, partnership, or contractor relationship between you and Ravya.

G. Effect of Account Termination or Content Removal

If your account is terminated for any reason, or if your content is removed due to a violation of these Terms, you forfeit any unpaid Creator Fund earnings. Earnings that were already paid out prior to termination will not be reclaimed unless fraud or manipulation is determined. If you voluntarily delete a date that has earned milestones, previously recorded milestones for that date are preserved, but no further milestones can be earned on deleted content.

6. Content Ownership

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you (e.g., displaying your photos on your timeline, showing your public dates in the community feed, and displaying save counts).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, bully, or otherwise harm any other user of the Service.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfere with or circumvent security-related features of the Service.
Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Service.
Create multiple accounts for deceptive or manipulative purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or content.
Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service without authorization.
Manipulate save counts, friend counts, or any other metrics displayed by the Service.
Circumvent any blocks, bans, or restrictions placed on your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ravya and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any unpaid Creator Fund earnings and the removal of all your content from the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ravya, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) any Creator Fund earnings, payouts, or changes to the Creator Fund program, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

Real World Activities: The Service provides ideas for real-world dates and activities. You are solely responsible for your safety and well-being during these activities. We do not guarantee the safety, quality, or availability of any venue or activity listed.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ravya and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; (iv) your Content; or (v) any tax obligations arising from Creator Fund earnings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
